However, the parking arrangements confused me initially, as I found a cheaper option just around the corner. It dampened my excitement for the stay.

The lack of 24/7 reception staff led to frustrating delays when assistance was needed!!! The elevator is ridiculously small, and the dark entrance is quite off-putting!!! Improvements are definitely needed in these areas!!!

The hotel had an excellent location near the old town, with friendly staff who provided valuable recommendations. Rooms were comfortable and clean, although the breakfast selection was somewhat basic. Some noise from outside could be heard at night, but overall, it was a positive experience.

The absence of a reception worker was alarming. We arrived to find a note saying no one was available to help us, which was incredibly frustrating. To make matters worse, the hot water was nonexistent, making our stay uncomfortable. We were left without basic amenities like water in the mini bar and when I finally managed to contact the hotel for assistance via the reception camera, they promised to send water but never followed through. locals informed us we shouldn't park there, showcasing a complete lack of responsibility from the hotel.

The hotel is crying out for a makeover. the carpets are old and stained, giving a lackluster first impression. Most furniture appears equally tired and dirty, which diminishes the overall ambiance. I also noticed some noise bleeding from adjacent rooms, leading to a less peaceful experience at times. While amenities like the mini bar are provided, there's no drinking water in the room — not even a complimentary bottle. Lastly, there seems to be a need for improved upkeep, with issues like cleanliness in common areas popping up now and then, suggesting a little more attention would go a long way.

i truly enjoyed my stay with amazing staff who went out of their way to make my experience special, including packing breakfast for my early departure, and the wonderful central location that allowed me to easily walk to landmarks like the Basčaršija and the famous Sebilj fountain, both just a few steps away, making every exploration a delight.

We had a wonderful family stay! The staff was exceptionally friendly, helping us settle in and ensuring we felt welcome with our beloved pet. The hotel's location made it easy to explore nearby attractions with just a quick stroll to shops, dining, and historic sites.

In my wife's opinion, the noise from the street could be bothersome for families trying to rest, especially with little ones. An improvement could be soundproofing the rooms to create a quieter atmosphere.

A foodie's paradise! I hit up Cevabdzinica Zeljo for some killer cevapi, only 0.5 km away, and it was a culinary delight. The self check-in was smooth, and my room was clean and cozy with a nice balcony to soak in the vibes! Plus, the location had me just two minutes from Baščaršija’s best shops.
